It's a beautiful sunny midwinter day here and I've been sitting out in the sun playing with wire, paperclips and buttons. I think I need a lot more practice ...!
Buttons? Since I was a child, I'm 69, I've been fascinated by them! My mom was a seamstress and every button from any old clothes, coats, jackets, sweaters, etc. We're removed, placed in a jar and reused. Somehow many found their way back in the jar! Because of that fascination I became a button collector...I will be making many of these for my family. Thank you for sharing!
Wanted to add that many are the missions trips I've taken where I have made button necklaces, bracelets and other fun things to be able to take buttons, plastics and threads to the remote areas where it's difficult and costly to get these....there are so many ways that we might have in our "stashes" to help and bless others with!

I tried to bend the paper clips I have and they are tough! Maybe a different wire would be easier. I will NOT give up, love them and they made me laugh :).
